Essential Oils have many uses. Some are great for smelling, using in a diffuser to freshen the air, putting on the skin, and some may even be taken internally. People even use them in cooking dishes. That is.. the essential oils that are safe to ingest.
Lavender can have a calming effect while Peppermint may be a pick me up. They are nature's wonderful gift to us.
Be sure to obtain oils that are processed safely to keep the wonderful properties. Also make sure that they have not been diluted with carrier oils.
